The question is pretty self explanatory - how to progress/advance/make more money if you don’t want a leadership role? I’ve worked in one facet of construction or another for a while and recently transitioned from civil construction and am now a qualified Plumber and Drainlayer. I previously had a foreman role in civil and did not enjoy it. Re-trained and qualified and don’t want any form or leadership role - it just doesn’t suit my personality etc. Do I just get really good at my core roles ...
