Long term injury from left arm lift

I’ve recently got an injury that has exacerbated into my left arm back and chest. I have to lift around 100-300 pound walls with the help of another on the other side. I use to just power through the pain. Maybe an ibuprofen here and there. My dad did the same and worked his whole life whit chronic pain.
