I had a change order for some plumbing work on a commercial project that adds 2 fixtures, but the locations are within a couple feet of already planned fixtures and supply/waste lines. The only additional materials really is maybe 10ft of PEX and a couple Tees. They quoted ~$3500 for the CO and said they charge a minimum of $1500 per fixture. Does that seem normal to everyone?
