Morgan Sindall, Robertson and Seddon among major lot winners
The four-year framework, set up with Rise Construction Framework, will support projects across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria and Greater Manchester as well as North Wales and Yorkshire. The biggest slice of work sits in the general construction lot, where 38 firms secured places covering schemes from small repairs up to projects above £15m. Major contractors winning spots include Morgan Sindall, Robertson Construction, Seddon Construction, Henry Brothers, Krol Corlett Construction, Stepnell and Read Construction. They will compete for work alongside regional contractors, including Walter Carefoot & Sons, Rosslee Construction, John Turner Construction Group, Manchester & Cheshire Construction Company and P Casey. A further 35 contractors secured places on the refurbishment lot, again including Morgan Sindall, Robertson Construction NW, Seddon Construction and Krol Corlett. The framework also covers specialist works and consultancy services.
