Doing mostly kitchen and bath remodeling and at a crossroads with my crew structure. I was talking to another guy recently who swears by staying 100% sub-based. His take was it’s less of a headache. Less babysitting, no workers' comp audits, and if they don't perform, you just don't use them again. I see the appeal, but the scheduling is becoming an issue.
