Cold and dry area. Single story, slab on ground floor. See detail attached. This stem wall does not enclose any interior spaces below grade. Does adding damproofing to the exterior side of the concrete stem wall from footing up to 6″ below the top of the stem wall achieve anything beneficial? Would it keep the area under the slab drier, or would it inhibit drying of moisture under the slab? Thanks!
